Golf Pilates in Let’s Golf School improves mental and physical well being, increases flexibility, and strengthens muscles through controlled movements done as mat exercises or with equipment to tone and strengthen the body. Our Pilates program is focused on the individual golfer. Every golfer has a unique set of body characteristic and individual. Differences that affect their ability to swing the golf club efficiently.
Golf Pilates program begins with the Golf Pilates Movement Evaluation. We provide specialized performance testing for basic movements and physical factors. Necessary for an efficient, repeatable golf swing. We then provide specific Golf Pilates mat and equipment exercises that address limitations in the body for improved swing and putting technique. These exercises also address postural imbalances that can lead to swing faults and poor shot making. A personalized conditioning program is then developed for the golfer’s needs.
